For some, war never ends. Military personnel and veterans of all wars deserve a warm welcome home and a chance to heal.
We provide free weekly acupuncture treatments to help them resolve their post-traumatic stress symptoms.
We are associated with Acupuncturists Without Borders.
Obtain free or specially priced sessions at:
- Roxborough Community Acupuncture on Lyceum in Roxborough.
- The Center for Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine on Cynwyd Road in Bala Cynwyd.
- The Won Institute School of Acupuncture in Glenside, PA.
- Empirical Point Philadelphia Acupuncture serving the Philadelphia community in Center City and Mt. Airy, providing special rates for veterans and their families.
What We Do
We are a group of acupuncturists and volunteers that give of our time to help current military personnel and returning veterans, of any war.
Post-traumatic stress disorder has been shown to be relieved through weekly ear acupuncture treatments.
At PAVAP, you will receive free or specially priced treatments. Five needles will be placed in each ear. Sit for a while. You'll be amazed at the results.
Looking for groups
We are looking to treat currently enlisted military personnel or veterans in a group setting. Please contact us if you have a group that would benefit from free acupuncture.
